Cooking at the Glory Hole
** If you represent a group currently scheduled to cook.
** Please share your contact information so we can insure the calendar stays correct.
Most of our dinners are prepared by volunteer groups.
It usually takes 4-8 people to make dinner. The group brings all the ingredients and the goal is to make a meal for about 80 people. You can cook whatever you want but we try to lean towards the healthier and more nutritious side of things, with vegetables, proteins, and starches present at each meal. Most groups also bring some sort of desert. Some of the recipes people make include: burritos, casseroles, hamburgers, enchiladas, ginger chicken, etc.
If you want more suggestions on the menu, please ask us by calling 586-4159 or send an email.
The Glory Hole patrons and staff will assist you with whatever you need and will do the dishes, clean up, etc. The dinner group cooks and serves. We reccomend you arrive between between 3:30 and 4:30 pm to start cooking. Dinner is at 6.
Please check the calendar below for list of openings and contact us to schedule.
Thank you for your interest and help.
