The Glory Hole is a 501C3 organization and all donations are tax deductable.  We are officially recognized as Juneau Cooperative Christian Ministries with Paypal so rest assured your donation will reach us.

Please contact Emily Rooney our Community Garden Coordinator to donate time or material to our garden.

Cooking at the Glory Hole

Most of our dinners are prepared by volunteer groups.  


It usually takes 4-8 people to make dinner. The group brings all the ingredients and the goal is to make a meal for about 80 people.  You can cook whatever you want but we try to lean towards the healthier and more nutritious side of things, with vegetables, proteins, and starches present at each meal. Most groups also bring some sort of desert.  Some of the recipes people make include: burritos, casseroles, hamburgers, enchiladas, ginger chicken, etc.
