Thank you to everyone who brought in food. An amazing amount of food appeared at the Glory Hole and left in the Holiday boxes. Thank you to the Glory Hole staff, patrons, and community service volunteers for assembling, distributing, coordinating, and carrying out well over 200 Holiday food boxes. Thank you very much to the Glory Hole Board. Thank you for all the beautiful pies. I have never seen so many wonderful and delicious pies side by side in my life. Thank you especially to the young people of Yakoos and the Holy Trinity Youth Group. It is so nice to know that a young generation of caring people is coming up. Thank you SO MUCH TO Penny Beiler! Monday, November 29, 2010 at 11:33AM The Glory Hole is thrilled to work with master carver and artist Richard Beasley on creating large Northwest Coast Art panels on our dining room wall.
Made possible through a grant from Alaska Arts and Humanities Forum, Mr. Beasley will work with the Glory Hole patrons and Juneau Youth Services clients on creating the project.
